Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Billing Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction by addressing billing inquiries, processing payments, and analyzing accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering professional communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Making outbound calls to clients to follow up on outstanding accounts and manage collection activities
  • Processing payments daily and maintaining accurate client records for invoices and updates
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to resolve billing issues
  • Investigating and rectifying billing discrepancies as necessary
  • Conducting account reconciliations, closing accounts, and updating fee schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with billing procedures and company policies
  • Assisting with incoming calls overflow
  • Participating in special projects as assigned by management

Education & Experience:

A High School Diploma is required, while an Associate's Degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is necessary.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in math, accounting, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
