Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process billing for all vehicle transactions, including profit assessments and account setups
- Calculate sales commissions with precision
- Reconcile dealer reserve documentation
- Oversee payments to lending institutions
- Investigate and rectify any billing discrepancies
- Administer payroll for sales personnel on a weekly/monthly basis
- Stay informed on funding prerequisites and work closely with the finance team as needed
- Maintain clear communication within the department
- Execute additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive billing
- Knowledge of CDK software is advantageous
- Ability to interpret accounting schedules and financial reports
- Understanding of accounts payable processes is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional customer service skills
