Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering growth and enhancing our market footprint for Aerzen's offerings. Your role will encompass the formulation and implementation of business strategies, mentoring the sales and marketing teams, and facilitating product integration development.

  • Identify new target markets and applications where Aerzen's products and services can deliver distinct value through profitable solutions with potential for future revenue expansion.
  • Explore under-served markets and applications currently addressed or targeted by the global Aerzen team.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other Aerzen subsidiaries to create and integrate product solutions aimed at differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Develop business plans to prioritize investments and evaluate the success of each initiative.
  • Contribute to detailed business intelligence efforts by attending industry events, conducting online research, and engaging with the global Aerzen network.
  • Identify and engage targeted customers to secure initial orders for specified initiatives.
  • Thoroughly develop initiatives for transition to the Sales team, including case studies, supporting materials, marketing campaigns, target customer lists, and comprehensive training.
  • Work collaboratively within a matrixed team to leverage the expertise of product management, application engineering, marketing, design engineering, and sales teams.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Sales or Business Development is essential.
