Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling growth and enhancing our market footprint for Aerzen's offerings. Your role will encompass the formulation and implementation of business strategies, coaching and guiding the sales and marketing teams, and facilitating product integration initiatives.

  • Identify and define new target markets and applications where Aerzen's products and services can deliver unique value through profitable solutions with potential for future revenue growth.
  • Explore and develop under-served markets and applications currently addressed or targeted by the global Aerzen team.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other Aerzen subsidiaries to create and integrate product solutions that provide competitive advantages.
  • Draft business plans to prioritize investments and evaluate the success of each initiative.
  • Support comprehensive business intelligence efforts by participating in industry tradeshows and conferences, conducting online research, and engaging with the global Aerzen network.
  • Identify and engage targeted customers to secure initial orders for specific initiatives.
  • Fully develop initiatives for transition to the Sales team, including case studies, supporting materials, marketing campaigns, targeted customer lists, and detailed training sessions.
  • Work collaboratively within a matrixed team to leverage the expertise of product management, application engineering, marketing, design engineering, and sales teams.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Sales or Business Development is required.
