Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud/Software Sales Development Manager to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for managing the process of converting demand generated by the regional marketing team to qualified opportunities for the regional sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain highly productive relationships with sales and marketing leaders to drive high close rates, offer demand generation advice, and maintain the feedback loop.
  • Ensure procedural excellence by maintaining tight documentation and reinforcing team standards.
  • Identify opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives.
  • Consolidate and interpret metrics for your team to drive insight into your market and sales motion.
  • Meet or exceed KPI's for conversion, opportunities, pipeline, revenue and service level agreements.
  • Lead the program with the vendor by periodically meeting with their leadership, including site leads, team leads, trainers and quality.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and market/business development.
  • Experience working in Sales Development, Sales, Sales operations roles.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
