Cloud Computing Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Computing Sales Representative to join our team at Amazon. As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a key role in qualifying and generating leads, prospecting for new customers, and developing and executing sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs
- Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of AWS solutions to potential customers using written reports/documents and verbal presentations
- Understand existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing and update their knowledge about new services by demonstrating that they can learn and be curious
- Achieve monthly qualification goals and share them verbally and in written format
- Update and maintain customer information within our CRM system to include detailed call notes that illustrate a firm understanding of the opportunity with clearly-defined next steps
- Present a high-level, technical solution to diverse audiences, including AWS colleagues, prospects, and customers relevant to target industry or market
- Conduct research to stay informed, learn about existing markets, and grow knowledge about new ones

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of relevant Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Government (B2G) IT sales and prospecting experience via outbound campaigns
- Advanced communication and writing skills
- Experience selling to or supporting nonprofit customers and/or partners
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office products and applications
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Results-oriented and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
