Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with our clients, achieving quarterly sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage key relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through effective business development and account management
- Verify invoice accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Position clients for contract renewal and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute a goodwill plan to improve customer loyalty and retention
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key contacts to discuss sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
