As we continue to expand our operations, we are in search of a driven Sales Specialist in the New York region to contribute to our growth strategies.

In this position, you will take charge of discovering and securing new clientele, fostering relationships, and finalizing sales of private jet services.

This role operates on a commission basis, making it perfect for a self-starter who excels in a high-energy, results-oriented atmosphere.


The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in lead generation, sales conversion, and business development, ideally with experience engaging high-net-worth individuals.

You will work closely with the sales team and senior leadership to create and implement focused sales strategies tailored to our specialized market.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales prospects within the private aviation sector.

2. Establish and nurture relationships with affluent individuals, corporate clients, and industry partners.

3. Assess clients' needs and offer customized solutions that align with their specific demands.

4. Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

5. Showcase and explain the features and advantages of various private jet models to prospective clients.

6. Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions to meet or surpass sales objectives.

7. Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless service experience.

8. Participate in industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand your client network.

Requirements:
1. Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within aviation, luxury goods, finance, or real estate.

2. A robust network of affluent individuals or corporate clients is advantageous.

3. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

4. Keen attention to detail.

5. Capability to comprehend and convey technical specifications and luxury attributes of private jets.

6. Proficiency in working independently while managing multiple clients and transactions concurrently.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

8. Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.

9. Passion for aviation and a comprehensive understanding of the private jet sector.
