Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed established sales objectives
  • Develop and nurture a robust client network
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records to enhance relationships
  • Exhibit in-depth product knowledge
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Acquire skills in basic product maintenance and after-sales support
  • Uphold the visual standards of the store

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor
  • Capability to reach and bend to access merchandise
  • Occasional use of ladders and lifting of heavy items
