We are a leading private aviation company specializing in the sale and charter of private jets to high-net-worth individuals and businesses worldwide. Our portfolio includes access to a range of state-of-the-art private jets, offering our clients unparalleled service, safety, and luxury.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant in the New York area to help drive our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing sales of private jet flights. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in lead generation, conversion, and business development, preferably with experience working with high-net-worth individuals. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team and senior management to develop and execute targeted sales strategies for our niche market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the private aviation market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of various private jet models to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand your client base.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in aviation, luxury, finance or real estate.
  • Strong network of high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical specifications and luxury features of private jets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for aviation and a deep understanding of the private jet industry.
  • Only considering candidates local to New York City area.
