Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Lifelinks is committed to providing high-quality care services to individuals with special needs. As a Respite Care LPN Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our participants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct nursing care and monitoring the health status of participants.
  • Managing medical information, including documenting referrals, reports, and medication administration.
  • Collaborating with families, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care planning.
About You:
  • You hold a current License to Practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • You have at least one year of experience working with the elderly or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
