Licensed Practical Nurse Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse Specialist to join our team in our residential program. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities and support them in achieving their full potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe LPN Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services, including:
- Direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assessing and organizing health care needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Massachusetts Nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Two years of general nursing experience or service to individuals with developmental disabilities
