Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the medical and healthcare of program participants
  • Provides direct nursing care and technical assistance regarding nursing care and medical treatment as needed
  • Manages and documents medical information, referrals, reports, medication administration, and data collection
  • Orients and trains staff on understanding participants' medical needs and following prescribed programs and plans

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Monitors the health and safety of participants in the respite home
  2. Provides professional technical assistance regarding nursing care and medical treatment as needed
  3. Manages and documents medical information, referrals, reports, medication administration, and data collection
  4. Orients and trains staff on understanding participants' medical needs and following prescribed programs and plans
  5. Provides leadership and support to the team during medical crises

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
