We are currently seeking a skilled HR Project Manager to deliver strategic guidance and programmatic support to a diverse range of high-profile clients. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and fostering executive-level relationships while providing both tactical and strategic support.

ROLE SUMMARY
The HR Project Manager is responsible for offering project support and advisory services to clients. This position involves cultivating relationships with clients and collaborating with leadership teams. Responsibilities include reviewing project budgets, proposals, and business development documents to ensure alignment with client expectations. The HR Project Manager will also represent the firm at industry events.

This is a hands-on managerial role with opportunities for advancement, potentially supervising a small team. The position requires in-office presence with some local travel to client sites, and occasional overnight travel may be necessary with prior notice.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business management, or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR Generalist or specialized experience in employee relations, development, benefits administration, and analytics.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable (language stipend available upon verification).
  • Possession of PHR or SHRM-CP certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of employment (examination reimbursement available upon certification).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (skills assessment required during the hiring process).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for reports and correspondence.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background check.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and enhance methods for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training the workforce of clients.
  • Assess training needs to create new programs or refine existing ones; may involve presenting training materials related to employment law and client policies.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to address current and future staffing requirements.
  • Evaluate job positions for classification, FLSA status, EEO compliance, salary, working conditions, and physical requirements.
  • Communicate with job applicants regarding their application status, conduct reference checks, and provide information about job duties, compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Investigate employee relations issues, such as harassment claims and workplace complaints, and recommend resolutions.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather job, organizational, and occupational data.
  • Draft and develop policies, utilizing multimedia aids and informational materials; present findings and learning objectives.
  • Interpret and clarify human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Document study findings and prepare recommendations for implementing new systems or organizational changes.
  • Prepare analytical reports summarizing job evaluations and compensation analyses.
  • Provide guidance to junior HR professionals on recruitment, performance management, compensation, job descriptions, and employee relations as needed.
  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare necessary reports.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
