- Project Leadership: Work with clients to establish and maintain project objectives, strategies, action plans, and policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to clients on project progress, including analysis of training needs, recruitment and retention strategies, and job analysis and evaluation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR generalist or 7+ years in education, adult learning, and/or employee development.
- Certifications: aPHR within 90 days of employment and PHR/SHRM-CP within 1 year of employment.
- Other: Valid Texas Driver License and completion of a criminal background check.
