Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Provide project support and coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Advisory Services: Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on HR-related matters, including employee development, performance management, and skills development.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and other leadership professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Leadership: Work with clients to establish and maintain project objectives, strategies, action plans, and policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to clients on project progress, including analysis of training needs, recruitment and retention strategies, and job analysis and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR generalist or 7+ years in education, adult learning, and/or employee development.
  • Certifications: aPHR within 90 days of employment and PHR/SHRM-CP within 1 year of employment.
  • Other: Valid Texas Driver License and completion of a criminal background check.
