POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Project Manager will be responsible for providing project oversight and advisory services. This includes collaborating with clients to review project budgets, proposals, and business development plans to ensure alignment with client expectations. The role involves attending industry events and representing the firm professionally.

The successful candidate will lead project initiatives by partnering with the Client's Executive Management Team to establish and maintain clear objectives, strategies, and policies. This position offers opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to Senior Manager or Director roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business management, or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR Generalist or in specialized areas such as employee relations, development, and benefits administration.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

TYPICAL DUTIES

  • Designs and implements methods for selecting, promoting, and training the workforce.
  • Assesses training needs and develops new programs or enhances existing ones.
  • Creates and executes recruiting strategies to meet staffing requirements.
  • Evaluates job positions for classification and compliance.
  • Communicates with job applicants regarding their application status and provides relevant information.
  • Investigates employee relations issues and recommends resolutions.
  • Conducts surveys and focus groups to gather organizational insights.
  • Drafts policies and presents training materials.
  • Interprets HR policies and regulations.
  • Documents findings and prepares recommendations for system improvements.
  • Generates reports summarizing job analysis and compensation data.
  • Guides junior HR professionals on recruitment and employee relations matters.
  • Analyzes employment data and prepares necessary reports.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
