Job Overview

Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide essential support on a contractual basis. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting various Human Resources divisions, including Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, HRIS, Recruiting, and other related areas.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Preferred Experience Includes:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer communications
  • Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities
  • Managing confidential documentation



Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize documents, reports, presentations, and related materials.

• Conduct research, compile data, and summarize findings in written reports or correspondence.

• Safeguard highly confidential information, databases, and human resources records.

• Assist in developing and implementing methods for organizing and interpreting data.

• Verify and process employee records in HR systems, including status changes, benefits enrollment, and attendance transactions.

• Support the coordination and execution of New Employee Orientation programs.

• Provide backup for front desk staff and Senior HR Specialists as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of administrative or technical experience in Human Resources support, or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Punctuality and a strong attendance record are essential, along with the ability to adhere to designated work schedules.


• Knowledge of relevant processes and practices in the assigned area.

• Proficiency in operating a personal computer and job-related software.

• Ability to compile, organize, and maintain accurate records and files.

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
