Position Overview:
As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management. You will serve as a vital resource for drug information, assisting pharmacy, nursing, and medical teams, as well as providing support to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy.
- Provide drug information and support to medical staff and patients.
- Uphold our mission and values in all duties performed.

Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience along with a PGY-1 residency.

Required Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or three years of experience as a Staff Pharmacist.

Licensure:
- A current pharmacist license from the state of practice is required.
