Position Overview

As a Clinical Travel Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering pharmaceutical care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Your expertise will contribute to patient safety and medication management across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with Oklahoma state pharmacist registration requirements.
2. Provide pharmaceutical services during the day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies.
4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
