Position Overview:

This role is focused on executing methodologies for gathering requirements to identify business, functional, and non-functional needs within a specified business domain. The individual will also develop requirements for process or system solutions within assigned domains and assist in the evolution of applications, systems, and processes towards a desired future state.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Completes assignments by applying current knowledge in the subject area to meet deadlines, adhering to procedures and policies, and utilizing data and resources to support projects or initiatives.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and supports the completion of priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
  • Communicates progress and information effectively, identifies improvement opportunities, and escalates issues or risks as necessary.
  • Engages in self-development and fosters effective relationships by sharing resources and knowledge with colleagues and clients.
  • Listens and responds to feedback, acknowledging strengths and weaknesses, and adapts to changes and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicates investigative findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
  • Collaborates with technology risk teams and business stakeholders to address and remediate identified issues, determining optimal approaches for enhancing business protocols.
  • Provides recommendations to leadership on how to resolve issues identified through system testing processes.
  • Follows established procedures to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, tracking performance metrics continuously.
  • Supports ongoing process improvement by participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized security tools and processes across assigned business domains.
  • Researches integrated applications to identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions for technology systems.
  • Generates scheduled reports and provides regular metrics to IT teams as appropriate, supporting Windows and Macbook OS, and managing workstation builds and maintenance.
