Strategic Business Analyst

As a Strategic Business Analyst at Bayone, you will engage in daily collaboration with our Salesforce Business and Technical teams.

Your role will involve working alongside Product Development, Integration, Data Migration, Change Management, and Business Teams to gather essential requirements and articulate business use cases.

You will maintain a close working relationship with the Product Owner and report directly to the Director of Product Management.



Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with Business and Product teams to comprehend existing processes and gather both business and functional requirements by scoping, defining, and prioritizing these needs.

Document detailed requirements for the implementation and enhancement of CRM solutions.

Critically assess information collected from various sources, resolve inconsistencies, and distill high-level information into detailed specifications.

Partner with the UX/UI team to create mock-ups and proposed user journeys.

Map functional requirements to features and functionalities.

Work alongside the Product Manager and Analytics team to define, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for assigned projects and features.

Collaborate with Architects and Developers to translate new requirements into design and implementation.

Engage with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and trainers to identify and document process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in the development of Innovation Roadmaps and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).



Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, delivering exceptional customer experiences through customer support products and technology.
Experience with CRM and Customer Service Management solutions utilized by medium-sized customer support organizations is highly advantageous.

Process Improvement certification such as Six Sigma is a plus.
Experience in eCommerce customer support is also a plus.

Demonstrated aptitude for strategic thinking and problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on high-value opportunities.

Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting, negotiating, and influencing at the executive level.

Outstanding networking, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities.
