Purple Drive Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in discovering and documenting business processes and business objectives, and converting them into requirements and user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define business requirements and conduct detailed analysis on the requirements.
  • Advise business on Salesforce best practices for requirements and adoption of Salesforce features.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on user stories, features, and initiatives in Jira.
  • Work directly with Solution Architecture in an Agile fashion to refine stories for development.
  • Conduct UAT testing and sign off in conjunction with the associated Experience (Product) Owner and business Stakeholder Champion(s).
  • Become a subject matter expert in one or more of our functional areas (Sales, Service, Finance).

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required, with CPQ DPA/RPA preferred.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and associated tools (Jira preferred).
  • High level of written and oral communication skills.
