We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and manage guest bookings
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Process cash and credit transactions, handle guest payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel events, activities, and promotions to provide guests with relevant information
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in the local language; additional language skills a plus
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23kg) as required
