El Paso Doubletree Overnight Agent/Night Auditor

Remington is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Agent/Night Auditor to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily audit functions for the front office and each outlet of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Review room and tax postings on the computer or register, correcting any errors and ensuring timely posting of house charges.
- Complete daily backups of the front office computer system and night audit program, as well as perform system rebuilds and maintenance as needed.
- Understand and adhere to management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, and PBX operations.
- Assist guests with directions and provide a warm, courteous, and professional experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with guest arrivals and departures.
- High work ethic and self-initiative.
- Ability to work on deadline-oriented tasks and maintain focus despite frequent interruptions.
- Regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules to meet business needs.
- Efficiently operate a computer and ten-key calculator, using basic math skills.
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Team player with a passion for providing great experiences for our guests.
