Job Title: PCLT Corporate Accounts ManagerJob Summary:

This role involves developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth with key customer accounts in the tire industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, tire industry knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at key customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute business plans to increase revenue spend per customer and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Raise the profile of our organization's products and services with customers.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to our product/service strategies.
  • Monitor competitive activity in each account and develop response strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the tire industry or related industries.
  • 5 years of experience in account management.
  • Able to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds.
