Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Remedy Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on their feet.



Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer concerns simultaneously.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status and product knowledge.
  • Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Document and resolve conflicts with customers in a professional and courteous manner.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning new systems.
  • The ability to remain patient and composed when dealing with frustrated or confused customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • A commitment to ongoing education about our company, products, and services.


Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
