This position involves close collaboration with the Trade Marketing team to devise effective strategies and manage stock levels, while also overseeing reporting functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401K plan.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee order approvals, purchase order tracking, and shipment logistics
  • Develop retail sales strategies and net shipment forecasts
  • Provide forecasting updates to the executive leadership team
  • Analyze inventory and sales plans to optimize sell-in opportunities
  • Engage in negotiations with accounts regarding inventory and sales strategies
  • Deliver sales analysis during market meetings
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Teams to align on objectives
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and manage special projects
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable role
