About the Job

Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled Brand Sales Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and optimizing channel sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in achieving annual performance objectives, including sales units, dollars, and AUP.
  • Deliver data analysis to senior management, product, marketing, and demand planning teams on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis by product category and channel.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal recaps that identify successes and opportunities to influence sales strategies and drive future brand and assortment planning.
  • Provide a consistent rolling update to internal teams on business outlook compared to forecast and budget on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Sales to define assortment strategies and provide consistent updates to the Assortment Management Tool.
  • Partner with Account Managers to plan new market introductions.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role involving sales analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple data sources, including Retail POS from syndicated sources (SPS or Edifice).
  • Strong knowledge of retail sell-out and retail math.
  • Strong analytical skills, verbal and written skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships within the department store environment.
  • Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, SAP, Pivot Tables, and V-lookup.
