Job Title: Principal Analyst - Sales Strategy

At Atlassian, we're looking for a highly skilled Principal Analyst to join our Sales Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales metrics, developing reporting requirements, and driving recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Solution Overlay Sales team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze sales performance efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain best-in-class standard reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with technical teams to identify stakeholder needs and develop reporting requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance and drive recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.
  • Strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you.
  • Ninja-like analytics and Excel skills.
  • Ability to package data into relevant insights and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Deft ability to communicate data into relevant insights.
  • Process improvement know-how.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay within the range of $153,100 - $204,100 (Zone A), $137,800 - $183,700 (Zone B), or $127,100 - $169,400 (Zone C), depending on your location.
