About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Retail Strategy Director to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our retail operations and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve retail operations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement client experience initiatives and ensure alignment with our luxury brand standards
  • Analyze sales performance and key metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement annual strategic plans and budgets
  • Manage and develop a team of retail professionals to drive business results and improve client satisfaction
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance retail skills and knowledge
  • Lead the growth and development of our High Jewelry business and ensure financial objectives are met

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury brand. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Ability to speak French is a plus.
