Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails and chats in a timely and effective way

* Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
