Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent Specialist to join our customer service team at Mass Markets. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chats.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications

  • $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems
