Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure and residuals.

Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated and driven sales professional to join our team at Universal Energy Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping businesses save on their energy costs and possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face meetings with business owners to assess energy needs and propose customized cost-saving solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, acting as a trusted advisor for energy cost management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation. You will work independently to create, manage, and close sales pipelines, demonstrating reliability and initiative.

Bonus requirements include building a lasting portfolio of clients to benefit from residual income on renewals.
