Solar Sales Professional

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:
  • Execute both remote and in-person sales of smartflower solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in selling strategically within a 6–12-month sales cycle.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities in assigned regions.
  • Develop and maintain a high-value pipeline of sales opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Previous account development experience with a successful track record (5+ years).
  • Diverse work experience, including startups, small companies, and large companies.
  • Experience with distributed generation, government/municipal, energy services, advertising/branding, or utility equipment capital sales.
  • Excellent business, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
