Ideal Candidate Profile
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will bring a wealth of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, and foodservice sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong history of fostering growth, enhancing profitability, and achieving operational excellence across diverse business units. Experience in multiple sales channels, including retail and distribution, is essential.
Compensation Package:

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a robust growth strategy for the CPG, retail, and foodservice sectors.
- Enhance financial performance, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA improvement across all business units.
- Oversee comprehensive business operations, including product innovation, manufacturing processes, supply chain management, sales, marketing, retail operations, foodservice distribution, and financial oversight.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, retailers, foodservice operators, and industry collaborators.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture that prioritizes innovation, efficiency, and cost management throughout the organization.
- Drive value creation through strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and the launch of new products.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety, quality, regulatory, and retail standards.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing executive team across all business units.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in leading business units within food manufacturing organizations.
- Demonstrated success as a senior executive with substantial experience in the CPG, retail, and foodservice industries.
- In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes across all three sectors.
- Strong financial insight and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities with a history of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
