About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Technical Product Owner to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in helping us leverage artificial intelligence to address and streamline complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for Generative AI and develop strategies to integrate AI solutions across various business functions, regions, and systems.
  • Define the objectives and expected outcomes of AI projects, ensuring they align with our business goals and integrate smoothly with existing systems and practices.
  • Develop value capture methodologies in conjunction with business stakeholders to effectively track the impact of AI and Gen AI tools and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and capabilities in Generative AI and evaluate and improve business processes in relation to Gen AI applications.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments.
  • Document Gen AI processes and maintain records and support materials for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Manage Gen AI projects, ensuring they align with business goals and technology frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to bridge any gaps between current operations and new AI functionalities.
  • Design and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance business operations and solve problems.
  • Train users and ensure they are comfortable and proficient with new Gen AI tools and systems.
  • Address and resolve any issues raised by users and gather feedback to guide future improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 6 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of AI or Generative AI capabilities.
  • 4 years of experience in translating complex business problems to AI, Data Science, or Gen AI solutions.
  • 4 years of experience working across functions and regions.
  • 4 years of experience building globally scalable solutions.
