AI Solutions Strategist

The Generative AI Technical Product Owner plays a pivotal role in helping Kenvue leverage artificial intelligence to address and streamline complex business challenges. This position involves working independently and leading projects of varying complexity by adhering to the company's project management methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for Generative AI adoption and integration.
• Define project objectives and expected outcomes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and practices.
• Develop value capture methodologies with business stakeholders to effectively track the impact of AI and Gen AI tools and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and capabilities in Generative AI.
• Evaluate and improve business processes in relation to Gen AI applications, recommending enhancements when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments.
• Document Gen AI processes and maintain records and support materials for ongoing and completed projects.
• Manage Gen AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology frameworks.
• Conduct thorough analyses to bridge gaps between current operations and new AI functionalities.
• Design and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance business operations and solve problems.
• Train users and ensure they are comfortable and proficient with new Gen AI tools and systems.
• Address and resolve any issues raised by users and gather feedback to guide future improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience with at least 3+ years of AI or Generative AI capabilities.
• 4 years of experience in translating complex business problems to AI, Data Science, or Gen AI solutions.
• 4 years of experience working across functions and regions.
• 4 years of experience building globally scalable solutions.

• Experience in leading and managing projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Experience in defining scope and objectives across diverse platforms, databases, software, hardware, technologies, and tools for AI or Generative projects.
• Experience in analyzing and assessing business processes within support areas as they relate to AI or Gen AI systems and applications, and defining/suggesting improvements where appropriate.
• Experience in performing gap analyses based on current configuration/functionality versus new requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve issues and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements for AI or Generative AI projects.

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $142,600.
