Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Domino's Franchise store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Rostering and Scheduling: Create and manage efficient schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, minimizing labor costs and maximizing productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock management to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on skills development and customer service excellence.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Manage cash handling procedures, maintain accurate records, and provide regular financial reports to management.
  • Profit Management: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase profitability and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Building and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and attract new customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain high standards of food quality, and implement procedures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Staff and Customer Safety: Foster a safe working environment, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Team Meetings and Communication: Facilitate regular team meetings, maintain open communication channels, and ensure all team members are informed and engaged.
