We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
- Provide sales and marketing support to the business
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electrical construction, construction management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, sales tactics, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
