Business Banking Opportunity

Bremer Bank National Association is seeking a top-performing Business Banking professional to lead our team in Duluth. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and developing new clients, as well as growing and maintaining existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Analyze credit risk and provide loan structure recommendations
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell banking products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales and customer service experience
  • Proven track record of business development and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
