Business Development Manager

Bremer Bank National Association is seeking a top-performing Business Banking professional to lead our team in Duluth. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and developing new clients, as well as growing and maintaining existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Analyze credit risk and provide loan structure recommendations
- Manage a portfolio of commercial loans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell banking products
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales and customer service experience
- Proven track record of business development and relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
