Adecco US, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Admin to join our team. This role is designed as a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive hourly wage. For immediate consideration, please proceed with your application.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, formulate calculations, link data, and optimize formatting for efficiency.
  • Experience in accounts receivable processes.
  • Strong reconciliation skills, with effective communication abilities for vendor and customer interactions, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and take initiative.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deadline-oriented with a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule sales appointments.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Manage accounts receivable.
  • Audit contracts against measurement sheets.
  • Send contracts to clients for signatures.
  • Input contract details into the CRM and transfer to QuickBooks Online.
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
  • Conduct reconciliations.
  • Assist customers with phone orders.
  • Follow up on internet leads to schedule appointments.
  • Support sales staff in closing deals by following up on appointments.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. This position operates onsite during standard business hours.

The hourly wage for this position is competitive.
