Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our presence in the healthcare sector. This role requires residing in the Columbus, OH area and may involve travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients and assigned professional accounts through regular visits.
  • Follow up on referral leads via phone and in-person visits, delivering informative presentations about PCM's services.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives to senior groups and retirees, promoting our in-home nursing services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of PCM to foster goodwill and generate referrals.
  • Assist clients in navigating the qualification process for services.
  • Organize and participate in educational trainings, community visits, and marketing events.
  • Manage local market events and assist in other markets as needed.
  • Maintain and distribute marketing materials at primary referral locations.
  • Utilize company databases to proactively reach out to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in hospice, outreach, rehabilitation, long-term acute care, or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to build professional referral relationships.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and a general medical background is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Compassionate and mission-driven, with the ability to empathize with clients while effectively converting leads into referrals.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $53,600 - $72,500 per year, depending on various factors including location, role complexity, and relevant experience.
