Customer Service Representative

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will serve as the primary sales contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve managing all essential projects, orders, and documentation to fulfill customer requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  2. Process orders and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  3. Maintain effective communication with management, clients, sales teams, and production departments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in the print industry or graphic arts is advantageous.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
