Position Overview:
The Customer Success Associate is integral to ensuring a superior customer journey. Acting as the main point of contact for clients after their onboarding, you will provide essential support, valuable insights, and nurture ongoing relationships. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively through chat and scheduled calls.
  • Support banking operations by engaging with customers on specific onboarding questions and utilizing Chello insights and Boost Line of Credit.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback regarding Chello's products and processes.
  • Collaborate across departments to advocate for customer interests in product discussions and prioritization.
  • Identify opportunities for additional product sales or usage.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in communications, business administration, liberal arts, or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or customer support is highly desirable.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to think innovatively.
  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn new tools and software.
  • A collaborative team player focused on enhancing customer experiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related business applications.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial products and services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US, with ongoing work authorization required throughout employment.
