Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet the high standards set by our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients primarily via telephone, both incoming and outgoing, to collect necessary information for order entry into our systems.
  • Verify product and service pricing, including special rates, to create comprehensive price lists for our clientele.
  • Manage vending order documentation and conduct reconciliations by aligning canceled invoices with voided ones.
  • Regularly assess inventory to prepare allocations and identify items that may be out of stock.
  • Oversee customer administration tasks, including establishing new customer agreements, updating supplier details, and managing customer depletion as required.
  • Maintain customer records both manually and digitally to generate and distribute sales reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Address customer service or billing inquiries by facilitating exchanges, processing credits, and adjusting invoices as necessary.
  • Keep accurate files for company vehicles, including logs, cargo records, and billing statements, in compliance with regulations.
  • Determine the approved product list for clients by managing and processing customer lists.
  • Provide administrative support by assisting colleagues as needed to manage increased customer demands.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in Word and Excel preferred.
  • Flexibility in work schedule and adaptability to changes in workload.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with a standard working time of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including one late evening per month.
