  • Proactively identify issues or challenges in campaign execution and work with internal teams and agencies to develop solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, messaging, and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate alignment between Coach and ad agency(s) on creative strategy, timelines, deliverables, and incremental content needs.
  • Work closely with the agency and internal creative teams to identify content gaps. Coordinate the timing and budgets for the creation of incremental content.
  • Lead and manage the execution of marketing projects across all media.
  • Establish, implement, and document standards and best practices for the successful management and completion of projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and ongoing evolution of ways of working and connect the right stakeholders to facilitate and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional marketing experience.
  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project ownership experience.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships.
