Senior Lead Account Executive and SME Agency Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Account Executive and SME Agency Partnerships to join our Media Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing agency partnerships through best-in-class customer service, management of preferred upfront partnerships, and proactive media program recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute agency partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage preferred upfront partnerships and ensure seamless execution of media programs.
- Provide expert digital media and e-commerce guidance to agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to create best-in-class processes for working with agencies.
- Support Account Executives and contribute to Account revenue goals.
- Develop strong agency relationships to effectively engage on a daily basis.
- Partner with Sales Leads to uncover new agency partnership opportunities.
- Remain current on agency and advertiser expectations, digital media table stakes, and industry demands.
- Organize and schedule agency summits throughout the year.
- Assist in invoice/billing issues with agencies.
- Respond to agency inquiries from Kroger Precision Marketing's email alias.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant digital media experience.
- Ability to navigate agency teams and identify key influencers and champions.
- Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and managed self-service platforms.
