We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Marcone HVAC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership to assigned company branch locations, ensuring excellent operational, safety, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and direction to branch management through daily contact and regular interactions.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee branch costs, sales, and service, as well as branch safety, training, and inventory control.
- Travel to branch locations as needed to provide support and guidance.
- 10+ years of experience in business, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, and related functions.
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role with demonstrated metric successes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
