Job Summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth business. This individual will oversee our 3-4 dry-mix/concrete plants in the region, leading, directing, and managing multiple manufacturing sites to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage manufacturing sites to align and maximize safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and build competent leadership teams
  • Lead project teams to support customer solutions and capital improvements
  • Research and implement manufacturing best practices
  • Develop and track meaningful metrics for each plant
  • Lead production planning to balance demand and cost
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business management, finance, or other technical field
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent transferable experiences
  • Strong financial acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
