Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Northeast Territory

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Northeast territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and building a strong business plan to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and maximize profitability in the Northeast territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including account penetration, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and demand generation teams to proactively reach potential customers.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams for future product enhancements.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Regional/Territory sales, preferably with technical and mechanical products.
  • Experience working with both End Users and Resellers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of success in account development and sales growth.
